The sunny days have kept the building crew dry and in T-shirts at Elm. With Resource Consent and the first Building Consent behind us, we are moving forward at pace. Many of our partners from Outlook Mission Bay are back with us again at Elm, including Scarbro who are currently underway with the car park.
